Return and Refunds

We always hope that customers are satisfied with the product they ordered,
but if they are not satisfied with the product, they can request a return through the online store and
customer center within 7 days of receiving the product. During this period,
you can only request a return through the customer center.

A full refund will be made in the same way as the payment method.
The product must be clean, unblemished and with all tags attached at the time of return.
Especially for swimwear, the sanitary tape should be attached without damage.

*For hygiene reasons, underwear and earring products cannot be returned. (Except for defects)

*Online purchases are non-refundable at the store.

*All returns are free of charge, but underwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Refunds are available within 14 days of product collection. If you paid in cash, you will receive an SMS when the return is complete.

  • The return collection courier company is CJ Korea Express, and if other courier companies are used, the refund may be delayed.
  • Refunds may be delayed if returned in any other way.

Product management

Returns can only be made if the product is in perfect condition. In other words, the product must be clean, free from deodorant, perfume or makeup, and must not be worn or washed. Items returned in unsellable condition are non-refundable and may be returned to the customer.

Shoes should be worn on a soft carpeted surface to avoid damaging the floor. If you decide to return it, please place the item in the shoe box it was shipped to. The box is also part of the product. Then put it in another thick box and wrap it. We recommend that you use the outer packaging box used for shipping.

Refund

Paying credit card :
After COS completes the return process, the bank will proceed with the refund process. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on bank processing times. Please understand that COS cannot solve this point.
Cash (bankbook deposit) payment :
Refunds received between 9:00-15:00 will be processed on the same day, and refunds received after 15:00 or before 9:00 the next day will be processed the next day. Refunds on Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day based on the last public holiday.
Cash (real-time bank transfer) payments :
Refunds will be processed the next business day.
Easy Payment :
It depends on the registered credit card company or account, but in the case of an account, the refund process will be processed on the next business day.
Mobile payment :
If you apply for a return in the month of your order, it will be canceled from your payment history for that month. For cancellations made in the following month, only cash refunds are possible, and refunds will be made the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Deposit :
It will be granted immediately after COS completes the return process.
